Then we shift the grapes into an enamel bucket and crush it with a stick or hand before the appearance of the juice. Now we cover the container with a thin towel and leave it for fermentation for about 5 days in a warm place. Each day, mix the mass with a wooden spatula. After the pulp rises, throw it into the colander and squeeze it through the gauze. Then we pour the pure grape juice into the jars and fill it with sugar, carefully mixing it. On the neck of the banks put on a sterile medical glove, in the fingers pierced with a needle a few holes and tightly around the circle tying the elastic band.

Leave the wine for 2-3 weeks at room temperature for fermentation. The main thing is we follow the glove, at the beginning of the whole process it should be inflated, but when it is blown off, then the wine is ready. After the mixture stops gurgling and lightens, gently strain the wine into clean bottles and plug up the cork. We take the drink for about a month in a cool place, and during this time about 3 times we pour it into clean bottles, leaving all the sediment in the previous ones.

Then pour sugar into the container and set the mixture for a week to wander. Every day we change the weight so that it does not become moldy. At the end of time, strain the wine mixture and pour into a large bottle, on the neck of which we put on a medical glove. We put the container in a cool place for about 2 months. Once the wine is ready, filter it and proceed to tasting.

We choose sweet ripe berries of grapes, carefully sort out, throwing spoiled and unripe. Separate the grapes from the twigs and crush them in enameled dishes and, without washing the berries, mash them with a special mortar. Squeeze out a good juice and pour the leaven of raspberries. Cover the dishes with a lid and put in a warm place for about 3 days, periodically mixing the mass with a wooden spatula.

After 3 days, gently remove the berries from the surface and squeeze them. In the water, we cultivate 1 kg of sugar and pour the syrup into a large bottle along with the grape juice. On the neck we put on a medical glove, we make holes in it and leave it for exactly a week. After 7 days, sprinkle another gram of granulated sugar and put the wine from the currant and grapes in a cool place for 2 months. At the end of time, the berry wine is ready for consumption.
