Berries gooseberries are sorted, washed and cleaned from the tails. Whole berries we put in a saucepan and fill it with water so that it barely covered the gooseberry. We set the basis for the future of jelly on fire and cook, stirring occasionally, until the berries become soft. Do not forget to add to the broth about 2 tablespoons of sugar, but you can vary its amount to taste or even replace sugar with honey, for greater benefit.

While berries are cooked, we dilute starch in 80 ml of cold water so that no lumps remain. The resulting solution is gradually poured out to the berry broth, continuously stirring, and we reduce the fire. Cook the jelly until thick, and then pour on the cups and serve.

Jam of gooseberry pour hot water and put on the stove. Cook the drink for several minutes with a strong boil, then strain the broth through a sieve, while rubbing berries. We try the basis for jelly and add sugar with lemon juice to taste. Return the decoction to the stove.

We dilute starch in a glass of cold water and pour the resulting solution into a jar with a thin trickle, continuously stirring. We keep the drink on minimal heat for another couple of minutes, after which we pour on the glasses and serve.

Ready jelly can be added to taste with vanilla sugar, or fresh mint. Drink can be further thickened to the state of jelly, adding another tablespoon of starch and leaving the molds with jelly in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
