We last for about 20 days, until the fermentation process is completely stopped. After this, we filter the resulting filling through gauze, folded in 4-6 layers, poured over prepared bottles and sealed with stoppers.

We wash the berries, separate the peduncles, pour the sugar and wait until the berry leaves the juice, then pour in the vodka. We last for about 2 weeks in a dark place, after which we filter and store in the refrigerator.

How to make a filling from strawberries?

Carefully rinse the berries of strawberries. In order not to damage them, it is convenient to do this as follows: add the strawberries to a colander and dip it several times into the water, and then let the water drain completely. After that, we pour the strawberry into the bottle to the very top, infuse the vodka, tightly seal it and send it for a month to the sun. At the end of this time, we pour out the strawberry filling, and add the sugar to the remaining berries - it should be so much that the berries are covered.

Again we carry the bottle to the sun. When the sugar dissolves, the resulting juice is also drained and mixed with the liqueur. We repeat the procedure several times. When the berries become completely without juice, we stop the process. A filling is ready for use.

We immerse the prepared strawberries in a syrup and boil for about 5 minutes on a small fire. After that, pour the remaining sugar and mix to make the sugar dissolve.

After boiling, cook for about 2 minutes. Then remove the mass from the plate and cool it. Now we pour it into a dry container and add the vodka. Close the container tightly and leave it for about a month, so that the filler is infused. After that, we filter it, pour it into bottles and cool it.

After that, we filter through gauze, folded in several layers, so that the liqueur leaves without any impurities, completely transparent. We pour it into bottles, plug it and let it ripen for about 1 month.
