To the berries we pour sugar, boil the syrup for 7 minutes, pour citric acid and immediately remove the mixture from the fire. We cool the drink, filter through gauze, squeeze the juice of pressed berries directly into the infusion. Pour the vodka into the prepared mixture, mix and pour into a glass container.

Blackberry berries, rinse and dry. Prepared rowan and cherry leaves pour water, wait for the boil and cook berries 5-7 minutes. After pouring the sugar, boil for 4 minutes. Put the citric acid in the syrup for a couple of minutes before the end of cooking. Cool the syrup, strain and pour into a convenient storage container. Pour into the syrup vodka, stir, seal the container and put in a cool until use. The prepared liqueur will have a strength of 27-30 degrees.

Having removed the container from the fire, we send the berries to infuse for 15 hours. Having stood the time, filter the infusion, pressing berries and removing cherry leaves. Pour a mixture of sugar with citric acid, we wait for the beginning of the boil, but do not boil. After cooling the mixture, add alcohol, stir the liquor and fill the storage tanks with a drink. You can taste the liquor within a few hours.
