- salt - 1 teaspoon (full).
Preparation
In the evening we pour cold water into a large (not broken) enamel saucepan, stir in it barley malt and leave for 12 hours. In the morning we add salt to the saucepan, put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 2 hours on low heat. Then put the hops in the form of cones and boil for another 20-30 minutes.
We weld the welded liquid to warm, filter through cheesecloth, pour it into another spacious container. We add molasses and yeast. Thoroughly mix and cover with a lid, but not loose. We wait 12-24 hours and bottled.
We stand beer in open bottles of 12 o'clock and then cork. We put it in a cool place for a day. After this time, the beer is ready.

Ingredients:
- honey floral natural - 4 kg;
- water cold clean - 20 liters;
- hops (cones) - 50-80 pieces;
- yeast, live pressed - 100 g.
Preparation
In a large enamel saucepan pour twenty liters of water, add the hops and boil on low heat for an hour or two. Cool it down to a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius and gradually stir the honey. Cool it down to 25 degrees and add the yeast. We cover it ungainly and leave it for 5-6 days at room temperature.
After this time, we pour the beer in bottles and transfer them to a cool place. In a day we stop. After 2-3 days the beer is ready for use.

Ingredients:
- rye malt - 2 kg;
- water - 10 liters;
- sugar - 1 kg;
- yeast, fresh pressed - 50 g;
- hops - 50 g.
Preparation
Malt, hops and sugar are poured in water in an enamel saucepan and boiled for an hour with a weak boil.
The resulting mixture is cooled, filter and add the yeast. We leave in a warm place for fermentation for 3 days.
Filter and bottled. After 12 hours, we close the bottles and transfer them to a cool place. After 5 days, the beer is ready.
