Carefully wash my plums under running water, then put them in a saucepan, pour in sugar and pour in water. We put the pan on the fire and cook the usual compote . After boiling, when the plums surfaced, and the water began to acquire a reddish color, we reduce the fire and cook for another 10 minutes. After that, strain the compote. We do not need plums. The liquid is again put on the fire and brought to a boil. Starch is dissolved in 50 ml of cold water and mixed. The resulting mixture is slowly poured into the compote and necessarily interfere with it so that there are no lumps. Everything, kissel is ready!

From the plums and cherries remove the stones and fill them with boiling water, boil for another 5 minutes, and then filter. Fruit pulp is covered with sugar (half the norm) and let stand for about an hour. The resulting juice is drained, put the berries in a decoction from the bones and cook for about 10 minutes. After that, turn the fruit with a submerged blender in a puree, then add the remaining sugar, again bring to a boil, pour the juice and small portions of starch diluted in cold water. In this case, continuously stir our jelly so that no lumps are formed. After boiling, cook for about 3 minutes, and then turn off.

Plums are sorted, washed with cold water, on each sink from the side we make an incision and take out the stone. Sprinkle plums with half a sugar and put it for about an hour in a cool place. The resulting juice is drained, and the plums are poured with water and cook for about 15 minutes. Now we rub them through a sieve, add sugar and bring to a boil. Slowly pour in starch, diluted in 100 ml of cold water. At the same time, we do not stop interfering. In the finished kissel we pour in the juice, mix, pour sugar and cool.
