We rinse the plum, but carefully not mine, so as not to wash off the bacteria we need from the skin. We take out the bones, put together with raisins in a large glass bottle, pouring sugar. We pour in water, cover with a towel or napkin neck and put in heat. After about 24 hours, fermentation will begin. We build a water lock or put on a rubber glove, leaving a hole to let the air out. We are waiting for the wort to finish roaming (depends on temperature and humidity, but not less than a month). Filter and pour into bottles. It is stored plum at home in the basement or in the refrigerator.

Fast filling

Much faster is preparing plum pouring with vodka, the recipe for this drink is much simpler, as already mentioned above, it turns out to be stronger and more saturated.

The result is a drink with a strength of about 34 degrees.
