Lean diet

Despite the fact that women now and then "break" even on the most simple and humane diets, many manage to survive such systems that seem absolutely "hungry." For example, many fans have won the so-called lean diet, which exists in two versions: one week and two. This method of losing weight clearly can afford only the most healthy people, because otherwise you can aggravate one of the chronic diseases.

Lean diet with a way out

Before using such a diet, it would be a good idea to make a fasting day, so that the body was prepared for the upcoming tests on a low-calorie diet.

To the diet, you can add only plain or mineral water, green tea and fruit juices, preferably diluted with water.

So, consider the menu of lean diets for a week. These foods should be divided into 5-6 meals and eat evenly throughout the day as the famine sets in:

  1. Monday - 1 liter of milk (do not forget that you can drink water and tea).
  2. Tuesday - a pack of cottage cheese, 3-4 glasses of unsweetened juice.
  3. The environment is only a liter of mineral water and additionally just water.
  4. Thursday - 4 baked potatoes without salt, 3-4 glasses of juice without sugar.
  5. Friday - only five apples (about a kilogram, that is, quite large apples) and water.
  6. Saturday - 200 grams of boiled beef without salt (can be seasoned), 3-4 glasses of juice without sugar.
  7. Resurrection - a liter of kefir and unlimited - water.

Success on this strict drinking diet depends only on how accurately you stick to it. If you have included something in the diet, you can throw and start again. It is in a pristine version that this diet guarantees you a great weight loss - up to 5 kilograms.

Leave it carefully, first add liquid cereals and soups puree and only after 3 days add solid food. From the use of fatty and sweet you need to abstain for a week or two after the end of the diet. It is the right way out of a lean diet to fix the results.

Skinny diet: 14 days

You, probably, already imagine, what will be a ration at this variant. Together with a correct entrance and an exit such skinny diet will be stretched for 20 days. Of course, to enter the diet should be gradually and very carefully: on the first day, exclude sweet and fat, in the second - leave only cereals and soups, and on the third day arrange for unloading on liquid oatmeal. After this, you can start a diet that promises a loss of up to 8 kilograms in two weeks.

The way out of the lean diet should be made slow: first eat dairy products and apples, every day add cereals, a day later - soup and only after that enter the second dishes.

If you have any kind of health problems, including a tendency to faint, it is better not to lose weight on such a diet. This is a very hard method, and if after it you do not eat very limited, the weight will quickly return back.
