Nuts are famous for their high content of vegetable protein, but a large amount of fats makes this product high-calorie, which forces those who want to lose weight to exclude nuts from their diet. In 1980, the myth was debunked. Italian dieticians suggested a diet whose meaning consisted in completely abandoning animal protein, replacing it with vegetable protein (since vegetable protein is better absorbed by the body than animal protein). And since nuts - a product not only high in calories, but also very nutritious - it means that the feeling of hunger after you eat nuts, will not appear soon.
In the diet of the nut diet, in addition to nuts, there are also fruits, so it would be more correct to call this diet - fruit and nut. Such a nut diet is designed for 10 days, for which you can lose up to 5 kg of excess weight.
The menu of the fruit and nut diet for one day looks like this:
- Morning should start with a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar.
- For breakfast, you eat any fruit (except bananas) in unlimited quantities and 100 grams of walnuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds)
- For a second breakfast you can also eat a handful of nuts.
- For lunch, you eat the same fruit as for breakfast (as long as you want) and 200 g of hazelnuts.
- The snack includes a freshly squeezed apple or pear juice mill.
- Dinner consists of fresh fruits and 100 g of almonds (nuts for breakfast, lunch and dinner can be swapped).
I want to warn you that the nut diet should treat fairly tough, albeit effective, diets. In addition, a large number of people suffer from allergies to nuts, so deciding to stick to a nut diet, be sure to make sure that you do not have any allergies to this product.
