Stages of diet

Low-fat stage

A low-fat stage is a restriction of fat consumption to 20 g per day. You can eat anything, but control the size of portions, the amount of fat, and minimize the proportion of semi-finished products and canned food.

At this stage, not prohibited and sweets - on the day of 30 g of marshmallow or pastille.

Protein products are welcome, only to choose low-fat options. This applies to dairy products and meat. Refuse need from processed dairy products - cheese masses, glazed curds, yogurt with fillers.

Vegetables and fruit are more than desirable. In a day you should eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.
