Classic stuffed cabbage with minced cabbage and minced meat

Ingredients:
- a large head of cabbage;
- rice grains - 1 item;
- egg - 1 piece;
- minced meat - 750 g;
- tomato sauce - 240 ml;

Preparation

Cabbage cabbage cabbage with minced meat and rice in Asian style
Ingredients:
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- jasmine rice - 1 item;
- minced pork - 500 g;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- grated ginger - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- carrots (large) - 1 piece;
- shiitake mushrooms - 120 g;
- green onions, parsley;
- head of cabbage from Beijing;
- soy sauce - 15 ml;
- rice vinegar - 15 ml;
- water - 30 ml;
- hot sauce - to taste.
Preparation
Before you prepare cabbage cabbage rolls with minced meat, put the oven warm up to 180 degrees, and then take the preparation of the necessary ingredients. Spare the grated ginger with garlic and mushrooms.
