Technology of laying vinyl laminate
For work you will need:
- laminate;
- solution for leveling the floor;
- knife;
- pencil;
- ruler and angle;
- roulette.
Before installation, the laminate must be kept in the room for acclimatization day to avoid deformation after laying.
- Laying starts from the corner of the room. For the installation of the material, the surface must be carefully prepared. Scrape off any unevenness, repair cracks and vacuum.
- The ideal surface is a self-leveling screed.
- Laying the laminate starts at the corner of the room. The first panel should be placed so that the ledge with the lock looks into the room.
- Near the walls, leave a gap of 5 mm.
- The second tile is inserted at an angle in the first and snaps into place. Thus, the first row is laid out.
- The last tile is cut to fit the gap.
- The next row is stacked with a displacement in the form of brickwork. The tile is fixed with the front lock of the previous one and along the long side of the material.
- In the same way, the next series is assembled.
- The installation is finished.
