In order to make a magnet in the form of a turtle, you will need:
- coffee beans;
- jute rope;
- foam rubber (or a simple sponge for washing dishes);
- cardboard;
- scissors;
- Super glue;
- PVA glue;
- brown gouache;
- vanilla;
- magnet.
Let's get to work:
- On the cardboard we draw a silhouette of a turtle and cut it out. We apply the prepared template to the foam rubber, circle and cut out the workpiece. Using scissors, smooth the edges slightly and shape the turtle.
- Now it is necessary to make impregnation. To do this, mix a little water in the dish, brown gouache, PVA glue and vanilla. Well we impregnate our workpiece, squeeze it and let it dry out.
- Using a super-glue to the bottom of the foam rubber bug, we glue the cardboard pattern, and the paws, head and tail are wrapped in twine. Bottom of the turtle glued together twine and a small magnet.
