Is it justified to use nicotinic acid in hair growth masks?
Niacinamide has a beneficial effect on the hair and scalp. Its main properties are to expand the blood vessels and promote the acceleration of the metabolic process. They, in turn, provide a number of useful effects:
- strengthening of hair ;
- their moisturizing;
- acceleration of growth;
- elimination of dandruff.

Simple masks with nicotinic acid for hair growth
The drug can be consumed inside, but only with the permission of a specialist. Independently it is allowed to use the acid externally. To notice the changes, it will take a whole course. It will require at least thirty ampoules.
Apply a mask for hair with a clean or slightly diluted nicotinic acid. Open the ampoule and act quickly - in the air the substance collapses. Rub the vitamin B3 into the skin. Ingredients:
- nicotinic acid - 2 ampoules;
- aloe juice - 1 tsp;
- propolis (alcohol tincture) - 4-5 drops.
Preparation and application
All ingredients mix well. The resulting composition should be applied exclusively to the roots and washed off after a couple of hours. Such a mask needs to be done every other day.
