"I'm tired of everything, I do not want anything!" - how capricious these words sound, at the first, inattentive glance. In fact, such a position indicates a strong prolonged depression that can overwhelm us, women, for various reasons: either because of loneliness that makes you acutely feel futile in the future of your personal life, or problems at work that require you to become strong, despite the fragile female nature, there can be a lot of reasons. Nevertheless, it is necessary to get rid of the word "tired": look around and see that life is beautiful, and by its example, to prove to yourself that everything can be changed.

What if I'm sick of everything?

Firstly, there is no such thing that everything is boring: something positive in life is necessarily something that you will never want to refuse: parents, pets, hobbies, even those yellow autumn leaves that fall outside the window and birds, chirping in the morning, when you make coffee - make life beautiful.

Therefore, the first thing to do if life is bored is to include attention and observe the environment. It is necessary to switch from one's own wounded ego, which dictates such a position: "To me it's bad, then life is terrible and it bores me."

Tired of living - what to do?

If you are bored with life, then you need to do psychological work on yourself and, with it, strengthen your body, and also change your lifestyle a little.

  1. Notice around positive, read funny stories, watch comedies. Do not let yourself get discouraged, do not encourage a dreary state: switch to these moments at work that requires attention.
  2. If you get tired of routine, then you need to bring to life a variety: the easiest way to do this is through meetings with old friends, you can sign up for any interesting courses for you. If the depression overpowered in the winter, and the snow lies outside the window, then call your best friend and go skiing together, sledding. You can also make a difference in life with the help of a trip to another city: to visit interesting places and escape from your condition.
  3. If everything quickly gets boring, then it means that you need to find yourself. This search does not end with success at all, but the result is worth it to try. Think, what occupation can cause you strong feelings and joy? Maybe it's worth trying to practice yoga, or doing sewing, studying drawing techniques and writing pictures, or maybe you've always loved writing and can you compose an interesting story or lead an entertaining blog on the Internet? Devote your time to finding a favorite lesson that may be your vocation.
  4. Also, a long state of despondency can have not so much psychological reasons as physiological: an elementary shortage of vitamins (especially B-complex) which can cause an asthenic condition. If you feel a constant nervous tension, then you should consult a neurologist who prescribes antidepressants, however, you should not put any special hopes on them: the pills have a temporary effect, and if you do not learn how to deal with depression yourself, you will have to depend on medications, and this too, can cause depression.
  5. If you are tired of loneliness, which makes you often cry, then, naturally, it is desirable to find yourself a partner. Sometimes it happens that, being in a relationship with a man, a woman still feels lonely. This happens when a person has no emotional intimacy with any living being, so the first thing to do is to have a friend. It can be a pet or a person, the one you love and the most important is who can give this love.
  6. If you are tired of being strong, you need to find someone with whom you do not have to show strong-willed features. Nevertheless, to be strong means to be free, because a weak person is dependent. Such reluctance indicates that you need affection for a person, so the only panacea is a close trusting relationship.
  7. If you are tired of people, then it's worth taking a short vacation and being alone. If you have a large family - go for a week to another city: live in a hotel, go shopping, go sightseeing, read books. You have the right to yourself, so nothing if you disappear for a while from the familiar surroundings.

All these points are very difficult to implement, if love does not live in your heart, so the most important cure for depression is to love and give this love to others.
