The drug Neurox belongs to the antioxidant group. The drug inhibits oxidative processes in the body, thereby slowing the aging of cells. Neurox has the following pharmaceutical effects:
- antihypoxic (by activating the blood supply to the brain, helps reduce the need for cells in oxygen);
- protective action (protects neuronal membranes);
- nootropic (improves mental activity);
- anticonvulsant.
In addition, Neurox increases stress resistance and removes the manifestation of negative feelings (fear, anxiety, stress).
Form release and composition of Neurox
There is one form of Neurox production - injections. Ampoules of 2 and 5 ml are packed in boxes of 5, 10, 20 and 50 pieces. The main active ingredient in the drug - eilmethylhydroxypyridine-succinate is contained in a dosage of 50 mg per 1 ml of drug solution. Auxiliary components are sodium disulfate and water for injection.

The dosage of the drug is determined by the doctor, taking into account the type of disease and the general condition of the patient.
Attention! There is evidence that the administration of Neurox affects the speed of reaction and concentration of attention, so it is undesirable to drive a car while passing the course of therapy with the drug.
