Parasites in dogs

To our deep regret, our four-legged friends suffer from various kinds of parasitic diseases quite often. In particular, this applies to dogs that live in private houses, cottages or in suburban areas. However, parasites in dogs living in an apartment also appear with an enviable frequency.

Types of parasites in dogs

  2. Skin parasites in dogs are mainly represented by itchy itching, which causes irritation of the skin of the pet and, as a result, bleeding combs and inflammations.
  3. Parasites that live in the body cavities of an animal that come into contact with the external environment.
  4. Intestinal parasites in dogs , as well as those that are dislocated in the bloodstream. These include various kinds of worms - ascarids, trichinella, paint plasmodium and so on.

It must be understood that each type of parasite accompanies its activity with individual symptoms. For example, the presence of parasites in the blood in dogs is manifested in the form of deterioration in the general condition of the pet, a decrease in its activity and performance, lethargy, and so on.
