In order to get rid of excess fluid it is recommended to hold the feet for 10 minutes in a concentrated saline solution (50 g per 1 liter of water). Due to the osmotic pressure, sodium chloride "draws" excess moisture from the tissues.

To alleviate unpleasant symptoms with gout and at the same time to conduct antiseptic treatment of the skin, less saturated baths (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water) help. Procedures should be conducted in courses of 10-14 days. Repeat therapy is allowed every 2 weeks break.

Salt foot baths for arthritis and after fractures

If there are problems with joints or bones, the described agent promotes the delivery of the necessary trace elements for their adhesion, restoration of mobility, removal of inflammatory processes.
