Sights of Bashkortostan

Situated on the southern slopes of the Urals, the Republic of Bashkortostan (Bashkortostan) is famous for its resorts , as well as natural sights and religious places for people with different faiths.

  5. Askinskaya ice cave - in this small cave is located a real glacier, the ice in which is preserved even in the summer. You can find it on the eastern slope of the Uraltau range.
  6. Bashkir reserve - the land in the south of the western slope of the Urals is densely populated by animals and plants listed in the Red Book, so in this area in 1930 a reserve was established.
  7. Mount Iremel - in translation means "Sacred Mountain", to the top of which, according to old traditions, it is impossible to ascend to mere mortals. This does not stop modern tourists, so many people make an ascent to its peak to see the picturesque places of Bashkiria from a height.
