When the water is heated, it is pushed into the upper flask under the steam pressure. Then there is a process of "boiling" of hot water saturated with oxygen, which contributes to the quality brewing of tea or coffee.

When the drink is ready, the burner is removed and the tea flows from the upper flask to the lower one. In this case, tea leaves remain in the strainer, and below it is a pure drink. The upper part of the siphon is carefully removed, and the tea is poured from the bottom into another kettle or cups.
