Description
Bimma is a funnel 50 m wide, 70 m long and 40 m deep, filled with turquoise water, the depth here is 20 m. On one side of the gap at a distance of 600 m is the sea, and on the other - the mountains.
A local legend says that the hole in the ground was formed due to the fall of the meteorite. That's why the park was called Hawai'at Najn, which translates as "The Shooting Star". However, in reality, Bimmakh's failure, according to geologists, was formed naturally due to erosion of limestone and the destruction of rocks. Apparently, the funnel is connected to the sea through an underground tunnel, which explains the unique color of the water.
