Each parent tries to convey to his children a simple truth - the child should be responsible for his words and deeds. However, often parents themselves shift their responsibility for minors to teachers or the children themselves. They argue this situation with employment at work or lack of time. And not everyone understands that the responsibility of parents is the main component of an exemplary family in which the child will never become a drug addict or alcoholic.
What does the concept "Parental responsibility for education" include:
- Education of children . Here it should be especially noted the responsibility of parents for the behavior of children, because how they raise their child in the future will reflect on his behavior.
- Care for the physical, mental, moral and spiritual development of children. Parents are responsible for children, and they are obliged to provide the child with a general education. Every child must attend an educational institution.
- Protection of children's interests. Since parents are legal representatives of underage children, they are entitled to assert their rights and interests in relation to both legal and natural persons.
- Security. The responsibility of parents for the safety of children has not been canceled, which means that parents have no right to harm the mental, physical and moral health of their children.
- The maintenance of children before they reach adulthood. Parents have no right to expose a child to the door before they reach the age of majority.
Parental responsibility law
The Convention on the Rights of the Child proclaims that parents bear the main responsibility for the upbringing and development of a child whose best interests should be the main concern of parents.
For failure to perform or improper performance of duties for the upbringing of children, parents can be brought to various types of legal liability:

The responsibility of parents for children is determined by the duty to educate their children, to take care of their physical and mental health , as well as moral development.
