Bacon cut with straws and fry about 1 minute, then we send onion, mushrooms, chili and garlic, continue cooking for a couple of minutes, sprinkle everything with parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste, let it cool.

In a saucepan, heat the water, place a steaming basket on top and prepare the dish for a couple of 30 minutes. Cut the stuffed chicken fillet in half and serve with balsamic glaze and salad.
