To create decorative floors, sealed transparent liquid mixtures are often used. This is an epoxy or polymer composition, resistant to temperature changes, wear-resistant and durable. It is intended for the finish layer when using the following types of coatings:
- self-leveling floors 3d with pictures and drawings;
- surface "stone carpet" made of colorful sand;
- Coverings with sealed decorative components (leaves, coins, sparkles, pebbles.).
Features of transparent liquid coatings
Transparent epoxy flooring is considered the cheapest and resistant to mechanical and chemical influences. Its advantage is obvious - the layer is highly decorative and can reliably protect the applied decorative pattern. As a result of pouring, a strong construction is obtained, which is harmless to health. Epoxy floors are easy to repair - just brush a brush in case of a crack or a scratch. The epoxy mixture does not have a yellow shade, which can occur when using a transparent polyurethane filling floor. The latter are most often used in industrial facilities and with the addition of coloring pigments.
Often used to fill tiles, mosaics, concrete with a transparent bulk floor. This treatment eliminates joints, dusts the surface and provides easier cleaning.
Special protective varnishes are designed to protect the surface from damage, many have anti-slip characteristics.
Transparent self-leveling floors - a new word in the environment of floor coverings. These are excellent design solutions with unique designs. They carry a protective function, protecting the main coating, and play an important role in creating the original beautiful design.
