How to use the mariner?

To use this innovation is quite simple. In a clean container you need to load products, pour them with marinade and with the help of a special pump for the mariner, which comes complete, to pump out air. Due to the vacuum, the fibers of the product expand and the marinade is deeper and much more quickly enters inside. And thanks to the automatic rotation of the container, the marinade is distributed evenly. Exactly after 9 minutes the rotation stops, the mariner turns off, the products are ready for further use.

If you want to marinate the pooche, it will be enough for 2-3 minutes, for this purpose there is an "off" button on the device, press and stop the container.

In order to mow the meat quickly, i.e. for 9 minutes, it must be completely defrosted and the air must be pumped out to the maximum. If you did not manage to comply with any requirement, then it does not mash in one cycle, you will need to repeat this process.

What can I marinate in a marinator?

Almost everything - fish, meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables. And the size of the pieces depends only on your preferences. It can be a whole chicken, or chopped mushrooms. But there is one restriction: the weight should not exceed 2-3 kg.
