Conversation, laughter or tears in a dream is called a doubt. And this is not a dangerous phenomenon. Even an adult can talk in a dream. Simply in children, it is more common, since the kids are much more impressionable than the elders, but their psyche is not so strong as yet. It turns out that in this way children "digest" daytime information, and the excess of strong impressions and emotions splashes out in such an interesting form.
Causes of doubtfulness
- The first and most important reason why a child can laugh, talk or swim during sleep is bright emotions, stress (not in poor quality of the word). If the child first visited the circus, the zoo or on the roundabouts, then there is a high probability that at night he will laugh or something to babble. If the day the kid witnessed a scandal between his parents, then at night he can cry.
- Transition from one phase of sleep to another. Everyone knows that the phases of sleep are fast and slow. They change each other approximately every 90-120 minutes. Here during these very transitions and there is a sleepy murmur.
- It is worth saying that sometimes even the night bouts of hanging should alert the parents. In those cases when the child reacts sharply to his night crying, shudders and frightens him, it is worth consulting with a neurologist. The doctor can prescribe medications that improve cerebral circulation, strengthen sleep and soothe.
Whether your child is dreaming or not, there are a number of rules that you should follow:
- more walking;
- do not give much excitement;
- before going to sleep do not play active games, better paint or read a book;
- limit the time spent behind game consoles, a computer and a TV;
- as often as possible, ventilate the room in which the child will sleep.
Observing these simple rules, you guarantee the child a healthy, strong and comfortable sleep throughout the night.
