Traditional Georgian cheese cake - achma, is prepared from several layers of dough with cheese. The dough is pre-cooked slightly, sometimes the cheese is replaced with cottage cheese or salted brynza. Extremely delicious! But what to do if there is absolutely no time to fiddle with the test, how to quickly do it? There is an exit! Surely, many of you have a multivark - a wonderful assistant for many housewives. Here with her help we will prepare this wonderful appetizing pie. Instead of a test for cooking acm in a multivarker, take ordinary lavash. A thin, ready-made fresh base perfectly suits our recipe.
Achma from pita bread in multivarka
Let's get a little lazy and cook acama from pita bread in a multivarquet, the recipe of which is ugly simple. All we need is lavash, cheese (preferably more) and kefir with butter. Cheese do not regret what grade you take - not so important, any solid, stretching suluguni will fit, even the cheese will be welcome. You can add a little finely chopped greens. And be sure to lubricate the layers with butter, so that the achm in the multivark turns juicy and appetizing.
Ingredients:
- lavash - 2 pieces;
- cheese - 350 g;
- kefir - 1-1,5 glasses;
- Butter - 100 g.
Preparation
To prepare a lazy acmu in a multivark, take 1 pita, cut about 2/3 and put the bottom of the bowl. The edges of the pita should hang a little. Mix kefir with eggs in a bowl and add salt. The remnants of pita bread are torn to arbitrary pieces (beauty in this case is absolutely not important to us), dip into kefir and fill the already molded form, shifting slices of cheese (or grated on a large grater) and pieces of butter. Cheese can take more than the amount specified in the recipe.
