Chicken with mushrooms in the multivark

With the help of multivarkers you can cook a huge variety of delicious dishes, and you do not need to directly participate in cooking - the device will do most of the work for you. Another recipe in the piggy bank of "multivariate dishes" is chicken with mushrooms.

Chicken stuffed with mushrooms in the multivark

Ingredients:

In the "Hot" mode, we warm up a tablespoon of olive oil. Fry it with chopped green onions and pieces of mushrooms until the moisture evaporates completely from the latter. At the end of cooking, add crushed garlic and thyme, as well as salt and pepper. We get the mushroom filling and, while it's hot, mix with grated cheese.

In the chicken fillet we make an incision - a "pocket", into which the filling will be laid. Chicken fillet rubbed with the remains of salt, pepper and thyme. In the "pocket" we are laying a mushroom filling.

In one bowl we beat eggs, in another we pour flour, and the third - bread crumbs. We roll the chicken fillet first in flour, then dip it into an egg, and in the end - we baste in breading.

Pour the remaining oil into the multivark and fry the chicken until golden brown, then switch to the "Baking" mode and continue cooking for 25-30 minutes.

Chicken with mushrooms and potatoes in a multivariate

Ingredients:

Turn on the multivark in the "Hot" mode and pour into the bowl of vegetable oil. Chicken thighs lubricate with vegetable oil, rub with salt, pepper and thyme. Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, then shift to the plate. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into plates and cooked in a mixture of milk and cream with garlic and bay leaf. Once the potatoes are half ready, we get it from the milk mixture.

In a multivark, fry mushrooms for about 10 minutes, laying potatoes. We distribute gratin along the sides of the bowl, and put the chicken legs in the center. Pour the potatoes with a couple of tablespoons of the milk mixture, in which it was cooked, and sprinkle with grated cheese. On top of the chicken, put a piece of butter. Potatoes, mushrooms and chicken will be cooked in the multivarquet in the "Bake" mode for 1 hour.

Chicken with mushrooms in sour cream sauce in multivark

Ingredients:

Carrots are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Similarly we do with onions. In the cup of the multivarka we warm up the vegetable oil and fry on it all the vegetables, along with the chopped mushrooms, until the moisture evaporates from the latter. Add salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf. Chicken fillet cut into cubes and put to fried vegetables. We cook the chicken until it "grabs" from all sides.

Mix flour with a glass of warm water and add cream and sour cream. Pour the liquid into the contents of the multivark and mix. Cover the multivark with a lid and set the mode "Baking", or "Quenching". Chicken with mushrooms and vegetables in the multivark will be ready in 1.5 hours.
