After all, only in this case one can be sure of the absolute safety of the delicacy and the absence of harmful impurities and additives in its composition.

When preparing delicious yogurt at home in a multivark, boil the milk and cool it to a temperature of about forty degrees. It is advisable to use a culinary thermometer to determine it. Ultra-pasteurized milk is not necessary to boil, but in this case it will need to be heated to the necessary temperature conditions. After that, mix the product with the ferment and the desired flavor additives (if desired) and pour on sterile jars. We install them in the bowl of multi-device and pour into it water of the same temperature as the milk mixture, level on the shoulders. You can also prepare yogurt and just in multicastry, pouring into it a prepared dairy base with leaven. In this case, water will not be needed, but the bowl must be thoroughly washed, doused with boiling water and dried.

Some devices are equipped with the function "Yogurt". In this case, select the desired program on the display and proceed according to the device's instruction for its use. If you do not have such a mode in the multivarker, then turn on the device for twenty minutes in the "Heating" mode, after covering the cover first, and after that the device is turned off and left for five to six hours. Before use, the finished yogurt should stand in addition in the refrigerator for four to six hours.

Natural homemade yogurt in a multivark can also be prepared using the most common purchased activity, but it should be exclusively without any additives. In this case, mix the product with the properly prepared milk. It, as we already described above, it is necessary to boil and cool to a temperature of forty degrees. After this, as well as in the previous recipe, we pour out the basis for yogurt in sterile containers or in multicastry. In the first case, it is necessary to pour additional water into the cup of the multi-device water of the same temperature, reaching the level of milk in the tanks.

Select the "Yogurt" mode on the display for six hours or alternatively use the function "Heated" if it is not available. In any case, after the preparation of the product in the multivark, we determine it in the refrigerator for a minimum of four hours.
