After that, onions, garlic, lemon are removed, and pieces of meat are laid on the upper grill of aerogrill, sprayed with vegetable oil and bake at 200 ° C for 1 hour. Then the temperature is reduced to 170 ° C, we turn the meat over to the other side, again sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake until the crust forms 15 minutes. After that, the temperature is lowered to 140 ° C and cooked until the meat becomes soft.
