We will need:

  1. As always, we start with the preparation of the bottle itself. To do this, it must be cleaned of labels, rinsed and degreased (you can use a dishwashing detergent or an ordinary alcohol). Dry the bottle covered with a layer of varnish, after drying, apply a thin layer of white paint, and then again cover with a layer of varnish. Such preparation is necessary for the subsequent layers of materials to lie flat. We recommend to wrap the cork with adhesive tape, so as not to stain it with paint.
  2. Further decoupage of bottles we continue preparation of a napkin with a picture on the man's subject. To do this, carefully peel off the napkin, separating the necessary fragments of the picture.
  3. We apply a thin layer of varnish to the surface of the bottle, and then apply the selected fragments of the pattern. Do not forget to gently, not to tear the napkin, remove air bubbles. When the varnish dries, apply a thin layer of varnish. Then sand the surface with a sandpaper, removing the roughness.
  4. Dilute a suitable paint with white so that the color of the solution matches the color scheme of the napkin. This is necessary to align the background. After painting, sand the bottle with a sandpaper and again coat with a layer of varnish.
  5. With the help of a hard brush we make accents with golden paint, we cover the bottle again with varnish. After drying, apply a layer of shellac varnish, which will serve as a protection against scratches. We remove the tape from the lid, and, finally, a stylish bottle, decorated with our own hands, is ready.
