Especially active is phytophthora in conditions of high humidity: with abundant dew, during rainy periods, at low night and high daytime temperatures, fogs. How to deal with phytophthora in the soil: this requires the autumn cultivation of soil from phytophthora with a solution of EM-5 or Baikal EM-1. They will destroy all the remaining fungi.
Baikal EM-1 is a drug developed by Russian scientists to restore the balance of microorganisms in the soil. When this balance is violated, the whole cycle of interaction between land and plants collapses. Pathogenic microorganisms conquer the territory, begins late blight.

You can pour the earth with a solution of copper sulfate or treat the soil with hot steam. If it is a question of a greenhouse, that is, its advice, than to treat the soil from phytophthora: in this case, fumigating with sulfur is used. To do this, sulfur is mixed with kerosene, laid out along the length of the greenhouse on iron sheets, set on fire on one side and left for 5 days behind a tightly closed door and windows. This method helps to get rid of not only from fungi, but also from mold and harmful insects.
