Omission of the uterus is the result of weakening of the muscles and ligament apparatus of the pelvic floor. Due to over-stretching of the muscles, all sexual organs of the female body are displaced, which were previously supported by the pelvic muscles. Often, omission is accompanied by a displacement of the bladder, more precisely, its neck, as a result of the omission of the anterior wall of the vagina. Perhaps the appearance of bulging of the rectum wall, when the process leads to the omission of the posterior wall of the vagina.

This disorder is manifested by painful sensations that appear immediately after birth. Especially susceptible to this disease are women, whose age is more than 35 years.

Causes of omission of the uterus in women

The main reasons why the uterus descends are:

1. Injury of muscles located in the small pelvis. This occurs during childbirth, when the muscles are under high pressure. As a result, their ability to keep organs in a physiological position is reduced. Often, with improper application of obstetric forceps or when the fetus is removed from the pelvic end, injuries can occur, resulting in the uterus being lowered.
2. Congenital malformations of the pelvic area, connective tissue diseases of the uterus.
3. Disturbance of innervation of the muscles of the urogenital diaphragm with paralysis of the 3rd and 4th sacral nerves.
4. Non-compliance with the rules of biomechanics. So, if a woman in the course of her profession incorrectly lifts the weights, the risk of uterine prolapse increases.
5. Frequent constipation. Due to malnutrition, many women suffer from digestive disorders such as constipation. They can also be the cause of the omission of the uterus, because of the constant overstrain of the muscles of the pelvic floor.
6. Also, if the woman behaves incorrectly during the recovery from childbirth, failure to comply with medical prescriptions, there may be a drop in the uterus.

Thus, the appearance of pulling pains in the lower abdomen , often giving back to the waist and the sacrum, accompanied by a violation of urination and defecation, as well as the appearance of a foreign body in the vagina, may be manifestations of a disease such as uterine prolapse. If these signs occur, the woman must immediately consult a gynecologist.
