In the education system, he has two directions: civil-patriotic and military-patriotic. In order not to cause children to dislike these activities and activities, it is necessary to revise the methods of work. After all, modern life makes new demands for communication with children. There is a program of patriotic education in the school, in which teachers can make some changes and additions.

Civil-patriotic education in school

Its goal is to instill in children love for the Motherland, to form socially significant civic values ​​and to cultivate respect for the law. It is necessary to achieve that the child feels like a citizen of his country, felt her uniqueness and willingness to serve her. This can be done by studying state symbols, laws and the Constitution, the development of school self-government, and local history work. The education of patriotic feelings requires an active approach and the application of various methods:

Military-patriotic education in school

This line of activity of the educational institution needs to start as early as the first grades. Contrary to the opinion that it is only necessary for adolescents who will join the army, the education of a sense of duty and the desire to protect the Motherland is important for all children. They should feel pride in the deeds and exploits of their ancestors, respect for the historical combat past. And boys also need to help prepare for service in the armed forces.

The duty of educators is to pass on to younger generations love and respect for the Fatherland, for its historical past. It is necessary to help children become worthy citizens of their country and strive to preserve and increase its traditions and cultural values.
