  4. Delicious protein cocktail . Mix in a blender a pack of low-fat cottage cheese, two glasses of milk 1.5% and a banana. You will receive two or three servings of cocktail.
  5. Protein cocktail on nuts . Mix in a blender banana, 1.5 cups of milk and a handful of chopped nuts.
  6. Protein and juice cocktail . Mix 0.5 cup low-fat milk, as much the same pineapple juice and half a cup of cottage cheese.
