Meanwhile, there are effective and relatively safe medications, which, if prescribed by a doctor, can be taken, even in an "interesting" position.

In particular, one of the most popular medicines that can be used in the period of waiting for a new life is Pinosol, which has several different forms of release. The medicine is considered to be relatively safe, so doctors allow it to be used even for the treatment of pregnant women and newborn babies. This is due to the composition of this drug, because it does not include any aggressive chemical components that can harm a child in the womb.

Thus, the product Pinosol in any form of release contains natural ether extracts based on the oils of medicinal plants, namely: Scots pine, peppermint, eucalyptus, thyme and others. Thanks to the availability of such useful ingredients, the drug has an effective anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating, antimicrobial and anti-edematous action. In addition, the medicine is enriched with vitamin E, thanks to which it significantly improves and speeds up the regeneration and epithelization of the nasal mucosa.

Thus, various forms of the preparation of Pinosol are the most preferred medicines for the treatment of the common cold during pregnancy. Meanwhile, this product is capable of provoking an allergic reaction, so it should be treated with great caution.

In addition, the use of Pinosol is not advisable in all cases. Due to the characteristics of the ingredients that make up its composition, this drug is only able to help with infectious rhinitis. If a woman has an allergic or viral rhinitis, it is worth giving preference to another medicine.
