Malena Valcarcel from the Spanish city of Alicante considers herself to be a paper artist, but all because once in her hands are pages of books, she instantly turns them into works of art!
But if you consider her hobby blasphemy, then we hasten to disassemble you. For her work, the girl uses only those books that must be recycled, thrown on garbage or very old without some pages. In a word, she saves them, turning them into nightlights, refined ornaments or fairy-tale sculptures.
"It's important for me to tell people that I'm not ruining the book," Malena says. "I actually give them a new life ..."
