Therefore, there is always the danger of contamination of even the most clean and domestic cat.

What vaccines do the cats do?

Complex vaccines for cats are made to kittens older than 9 weeks.

  2. Merial "Quadriket", Intervet "Nobivac-Tricat-Rabies", Bioveta "Biofel PCHR", Virbac "Feligen CRPR" - as a prophylaxis of herpesvirus infection, calciviroza, panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis and rabies.

Important rules of vaccination

  1. Mandatory de-worming before vaccination. Anti-worm drugs are prescribed with an interval of 10 days, since a single dose of the drug is ineffective against the larvae of parasites. In another 10 days, vaccination is carried out.
  2. Any vaccine is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating cats
  3. If there was antibiotic therapy, the vaccination should be carried out not less than two weeks later.
