We mix it with a shovel, reduce the fire, cover it with a lid and stew it a little more.
And this time while we prepare a creamy sauce - in a saucepan we melt a piece of butter, add the flour and warm it to a warm ruddy color. Now gradually pour in the milk, throw salt, Italian herbs and stir until the mass thickens.
The form for baking is greased with the prepared white sauce, we put a pita of lavash, then again we grease it with sauce, we spread on the surface a little mince and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the procedure 3 times, alternating with cut vegetables. The top sheet of pita is poured with the rest of the sauce and sprinkled with cheese. Put the form in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Ready lasagna a little cold and, cutting, portioned slices, served to the table.
Dish with minced meat and rice in the oven
Ingredients:

- water - 2.5 tbsp.
Preparation
