Before sewing a purse, you should choose a cloth. This master class proposes to make a small pocket for small things for the summer period, which is well suited for a summer linen handbag and jeans. Original wallets with their own hands are obtained from textured fabric. We offer a combination of flax for exterior decoration and cotton for the interior. Now consider step-by-step instructions on how to sew a purse for trivia.
1. Your wallet starts with a simple pattern. We will cut at once two parts from two types of fabric. Pattern for a purse with your own hands consists of 4 parts:
- the main purse pocket looks like a rectangle. Kroim 4 pieces of 21x10 cm in size, two pieces of each type of fabric;
- the compartment for the cards will be made of black overcoat fabric (you can take any other dense fabric). Cut out 2 pieces of 10x5.5 cm. If the fabric has a free-flowing edge, add 1 cm more to make the hem;
- pocket for change. Two pieces of 10x9 cm in size are made of two types of fabric;
- The fastener is a rectangle with one short side rounded. Its size is selected at its discretion, so that it is convenient to open it with your fingers.
2. Before sewing a purse, with a suturing suture, we place auxiliary lines on the front part. On this part of the pocket there will be offices for small things and business cards.
3. The next stage of making a purse with your own hands will be a compartment for small things. Fold the front sides inside the details of the pocket, we put them through the corner from both sides. We turn it to the front and iron it. Through the entire length of the pocket we attach Velcro.

4. We attach the card pocket and the second part of the Velcro to the inside of the main compartment to secure the compartment for small change.
5. Our wallet begins to loom. We fix the compartment for coins to velcro. At this stage, the wallet looks like this:
6. The details of the fastener are placed inside the sides and we put it on the machine. Then we turn it out and iron it.

7. Sew the outer part of the main compartment. We put two pieces of linen face-down inside (all the pockets will be inside). We put the fastener so that the end with the button is inside. Do the same with the cotton part of the main compartment, but do not turn it out.
8. We put the cotton part in linen and bend the edges. We spend it on the typewriter. Our wallet is ready with our own hands.
