Before you make a Christmas tree from Kanzash tapes you will need to purchase some materials: 6-8 meters of tape, 5 cm wide, and about 20 cm of another color for decorating the tops and rods for an adhesive gun. Progress:

1. Cut the whole tape into squares. If there is time, you can scorch the edges with a lighter or a candle so they do not pour.
2. We begin to make petals. They have the name "round petal".
3. Twist the square in half, using tweezers, or holding your fingers.
4. Now one of the free corners is bent to the one that is clamped with tweezers and fixed.
5. The same is done with the second corner.
6. Such a petal should turn out.
7. Now you need to cut off excess - a couple of millimeters in length and a corner. This should be done with sharp scissors, and then a corner is cut with a candle or a cigarette lighter.
8. The petal should be well fastened, otherwise it can simply disintegrate on the Christmas tree.
9. Now we take a cone of cardboard - this is the basis of the tree of Kanzash, made by own hands.
10. We apply sufficiently thickly melted glue on the cardboard and gently press the petal. Next, we glue the next, filling the row with no spaces.
11. All subsequent petals are glued in the gap between the two lower ones, thus obtaining a chess layout.
