But because of the high price of the desired products to buy is not always possible. You can rest assured that many of the offered items you can do with your own hands, applying desire, diligence and adhering to the manufacturing algorithm.
The proposed master class contains instructions on how to make a notebook in the scrapbooking technique. A masterfully made and decorated album or a record book can be an excellent gift for a person of any age!
MK: scrapbooking - notebook with own hands
You will need:
- notebook or album with sheets of high-quality paper;
- adhesive tape on paper basis of A4 size (or double-sided scotch tape);
- thin felt;
- glue gun (superglue);
- sharp scissors;
- for decoration you can use ready-made decorative elements or cut figurines yourself.
Manufacturing
- Work should be on a flat surface. We lay out a thin felt, straighten it. From above in the center we place a notebook, leaving on all perimeter of 10 - 12 sm of a material on a hem. Cut off the excess with scissors.
- Sticky tape gently pasted on the inside of the cover of the notebook. We put the notebook together with the felt, ironing all the lines so that the spine and edges of the pad are clearly marked.
- Use the scissors to cut out the corners.
- We bend all the edges of the felt cover inside, pasting with an adhesive gun or glue. In order for the glue to seize well, it is necessary to press down each fold of the cover for a few seconds.
- After all the bends are well adhered, close the book, pressing the cover with some heavy flat object for 15 - 20 minutes.
- We begin to decorate the cover for a notebook in the technique of scrapbooking. In our case, the cover is decorated with stylized flowers, carved from scraps of felt of different colors. For greater effect for the middle of the flower, we used a large plastic button.
- We measure the inner side of the cover, having deviated 0.5 cm from each edge. We draw on the film and cut out two rectangles - these will be the endpapers. On the inside of the cover we paste the fly-leaves. Where the fly-leaf comes on felt, we press it especially carefully.

The pages of the notebook can be made by yourself using coated paper or colored sheets.
