The Spanish drink of sangria from wine and fruit is created especially for a hot summer.
1. Sangria of three components
All you need is red wine, a fantasy or other citrus soda and frozen fruit. Just mix the wine with soda in a 1: 1 ratio and add the fruit. The drink is ready for use.
2. White sangria with apples
To do this, you need white wine, ginger ale, lemon and sliced apple. Put in the jug sliced apple and lemon, pour 2 glasses of white wine and clean for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Before serving, add ginger ale and ice cubes to the drink.
3. Laziness
All you need is red wine, soda, raspberry, orange liqueur and a slice of grapefruit to decorate the glass. Pour raspberry orange liqueur and add wine to the drink. When serving, do not forget to throw a cube of ice into the glass.
4. Instant sangria
Just mix in a large pitcher of red wine, sliced oranges, ice and chilled soda.
5. White sangria with mint and lemon
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of white wine;
- 1 thinly sliced lemon;
- 1 thinly sliced lime;
- 8-10 leaves of fresh mint;
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.
Prepare the syrup by mixing the sugar with 2 tablespoons of water. Heat this mixture until the sugar dissolves, cool, put 1 spoonful of prepared syrup and a few mildly minted leaves of mint into each glass. Add the sliced citrus and pour the wine. A few minutes later, when the drink is infused, you can serve sangria on the table.
6. Red wine with soda
All you need is red wine and lemon or orange soda in equal quantities. Just mix them together and add a few ice cubes.
7. Sangria with tea
You will need white wine, an iced tea, and any fresh fruit. If desired, you can add honey or syrup to your taste. Mix the wine and tea in a jar in the ratio 1: 2 and put it in the refrigerator for several hours. Before serving, add sugared fruit and ice to sangria.
8. Berry sangria
All you need is red wine, sprite, strawberry and blueberries. Fold the berries in layers and fill with a mixture of soda and wine. Before serving, allow the drink to stand for several hours.
9. White sangria with raspberries and kiwi
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc (or other white wine);
- 1/2 liter of soda;
- 2 kiwi fruit;
- 1/2 cup raspberries;
- 2 limes;
- 1/2 cup of sugar.
Cut the kiwi and lime slices. Pour the wine into a large jug, add fruit, sugar and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Before serving, add a sprite and a little ice to the pitcher.
10. Effervescent sangria
Cut the peaches and raspberries, mix the fruits with 3 tablespoons of sugar and add a bottle of white wine and a few mint leaves. Refrigerate for an hour and before serving, add champagne and ice to the jug of sangria.
11. Sangria from rhubarb and strawberry
Ingredients:
- 4 chopped rhubarb stalks;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 glass of water;
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries;
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine;
- 1 cup of mineral water;
- 1 sliced lemon.
Mix the rhubarb, sugar and water, cook the syrup and strain. Pour the cooled syrup into a jug, add wine, fruit and mineral water.
12. Muscat Sangria
Mix in a large jug sliced lemon with berries and fill this mixture with wine.
13. Sparkling sangria
All you need is white wine, orange juice, citrus fruits, berries and champagne (or sparkling wine). For a more expressive taste, brandy can be added to sangria.
Mix fruit with wine and let the drink infuse for 3-5 hours. Before serving, mix sangria with champagne.
14. Sangria with honey
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of berries;
- 1/2 peeled orange;
- 1/2 lemon peeled;
- 1/2 cup soda water;
- honey to taste;
- 1/2 cup of red wine;
- 1 glass of ice.
Stir all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve on a table in glasses decorated with lemon slices.
15. Spanish sangria
Put in the jug sliced pineapple, pears and oranges and fill with red wine. For sweetness, you can add orange juice to the prepared sangria.
