For work you will need:
- white coarse calico or white dense cotton;
- any other fabric for clothing;
- sintepon;
- acrylic paint for fabric;
- thread for hair;
- coffee, cocoa and cinnamon;
- PVA glue;
- brush or sponge.
- To create a textile doll pumpkin will need patterns. As you can see, you need to draw on paper, cut and then outline on the fabric 4 parts - hands, 4 parts - legs, 2 parts - trunk, 5 parts - head. If you want the pumphead with a spout, the pattern should change a little - three wedges for the head leave the same, and on the two draw a protruding triangle from one side to the middle.
- Now you can cut out the details, sweep your arms, legs, trunk and two fragments with a spout, then stitch it, leaving holes for turning and stuffing.
- All the details of the head are sewn on a typewriter, without leading one end of the line to the end by 5 mm, so that in the end we get a hole. We turn out the workpiece and fill it with a very very dense sintepon.
- On the legs and handles before turning out we make cuts in the folds. Turning out, very tightly stuffed with a sintepon to the middle, we make a line, then we fill less tightly until the end.
- Next, we tonify the doll with coffee solution - a teaspoon of coffee, a half spoonful of cinnamon and cocoa, 2 spoons of PVA glue on a glass of water. Brush or sponge, apply liquid on the body. Sushim doll in the oven for half an hour at the lowest temperature, you can just dry it with a hairdryer.
- To paint a pumpkin face, it is better to use acrylic paints. Some masters take real shadows and blush, but they quickly pour. If you do not know how to draw the eyes of a puppet pumpkin, take a sample to begin with and repeat it. In the next times, try to fantasize.
- We make hair. For the beginning, the dotted suture stitches the hair growth line and the parting. We start to insert strands. We cut the threads of the same length, each fold in two, we stretch the crocheted loop under the seam on the head, through the elongated loop we pass the ends and tighten. We repeat on all head.
- Create a haircut, cut and trim the thread.
