We offer canapé design options with red fish. They perfectly complement any buffet table or become an excellent original snack.
Canapé with red fish and soft cheese
Ingredients:
- black bread;
- salted fillet of red fish - 290 g;
- creamy soft cheese - 110 g;
- feathers of green onions (optional);
- fresh greens of dill;
- a mixture of ground peppers.
Preparation
To prepare canapé finely chop fresh green dill and, if desired, feathers of green onion, and mix with cream cheese. If desired, we season the mixture with a mixture of ground peppers. Black bread is cut into thin slices, from which we cut out mugs, using a glass or a glass. For each circle, spread the cream cheese with herbs for about three to five millimeters, and lay a slice of finely chopped salted red fish on top, folding it with a rose. On top decorate the canapé with dill leaves and serve it on a beautiful dish.
Canapé with red fish and cucumber on skewers - recipe
Ingredients:
- white baguette;
- salted fillet of red fish - 290 g;
- brynza - 120 g;
- fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs .;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- olives or olives.
Preparation
The white baguette is cut into thin circles, laid out on a baking sheet and sent to the oven for a few minutes, to make the bread slices a little dry. The baguette can be replaced with a white loaf, cut from it with a cup of mugs of similar size.
Wash tomatoes and cucumbers wipe dry. Cut tomatoes into thin mugs, and cut cucumbers into longitudinal slices. The same slices should be sliced and fillets of red fish. From the cheese we cut out thin mugs, the same size as bread and tomatoes.
Now we collect the canapé. For each skew, string olive or olive without pits. Then add the slice of the cucumber harmonica and pierce the olive. Next will be a fish, add it as a cucumber. On the dried bread loaf we put a slice of tomato, on top of the cheese and nibble with skewers with the rest of the ingredients, getting mouth-watering canapés.
Canapé with red fish and hard cheese on skewers
Ingredients:
- salted fillet of red fish - 290 g;
- hard cheese - 120 g;
- a mixture of Italian herbs - to taste;
- dried sun-dried tomatoes - to taste;
- grapes;
- olive oil.
Preparation
Hard cheese cut into square slices, sprinkle with olive oil, season with grinded dried tomatoes and Italian herbs. On the skewer we string the previously washed and dried grapes, then slice the red fish, folded accordion and finish with a slice of spicy cheese.
