Cold hair extension

The most harmless way to get long and thick hair is to build hair in a cold way. The technician of its execution is somewhat, and none of them suggests a thermal effect on the roots of hair and scales. Thanks to this, hair is practically not damaged and, under the rules of care, the effect of build-up lasts a long time.

Cold hair extension - existing techniques:

1. Cold capsular hair extension. This method is also called Spanish. It consists in using adhesive for cold hair extensions to fasten natural and artificial strands. It can be transparent (for blondes) or with tinting substances (by the color of the hair). A fixer is applied to the bonding site and a small capsule is formed. This method is the most durable, the hair can be worn for up to six months, if properly tended.
2. Cold ribbon hair extension (tressovoe). The essence of the technology is that along the horizontal part there are attached scalable locks, woven with a thread or ribbon. As a fixing agent, special glue is also used.
3. Hair extensions cold using beads (Japanese method). In this case, the hair is not exposed not only to thermal, but also to chemical attack, which is not unimportant for damaged or weakened hair. Using a hook, small strands of natural and scalable hair are captured. They are threaded into the hole of the metal bead, after which it is clamped with forceps, and the hair is securely fixed inside it. The only drawback of this technology is mechanical damage to the hair and the ability to comb out the strands.

Cold banded hair extension - instruction:

1. At a distance of 6-7 cm down from the back of the head, you need to make a straight horizontal parting.
2. Measure the length of the obtained part and cut off the strip, a bit smaller in length.
3. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the upper edge of the strip of the track.
4. Glue the tape at a distance of 0.5 cm from the roots of the hair, lightly pressing it with your fingers and holding it for 30-40 seconds.
5. Make the parting below the previous one and repeat the procedure.

Cold hair extension - how to remove?

Depending on the type of cold build-up, the following tools are used:

• oils for hair (burdock, castor, olive);
• tongs or hairdryer;
• Hair Mask;
• alcohol;
• acetone;
• special forceps for removing beads;
• salon liquids for dissolving capsules and glue.
