Consequences of stress

And even if the constant reason to be nervous is already behind, excess weight can continue to accumulate. Do not write off it for genetics: sports will help to get rid, which at the same time will relieve stress.
  2. Indifference to yourself . In moments of apathy, some people stop watching themselves, their home, and the effects of prolonged stress look horrendously: sloppy people in dirty housing without the slightest desire to change something. In time, relieve stress and try not to bring the situation to extreme forms.
  3. Development of diseases . Psychologically, apathy appears as an unwillingness to live, which often triggers the development of diseases, at first colds, and in serious cases more often oncological ones. The earlier you start to get rid of chronic stress and its consequences, the higher the chances of avoiding serious diseases.
  4. Development of phobias, fears . This can manifest itself in different ways, for example, after experiencing stress in an airplane, people often become aerobic. Often there are less obvious connections. To solve such problems is necessary at the good psychotherapist.

To the effects of stress are not manifested in your life, stress should be removed in time: sleep 7-8 hours a day, eat right, play sports and have a hobby , in which you will rest in peace.
