The standard list looks like this:

  2. Internal (civil) passport and photocopy of pages with photo and place of registration.
  3. 2 color photos of the established sample for the Schengen visas.
  4. Visa application form. It is completed in block letters in English or Czech.
  5. Confirmation of financial position of the applicant. To do this, you can use different documents: a statement of the status of the bank account, a certificate from the place of work about the position and amount of salary, a sponsorship letter with a photocopy of the sponsor's passport or an international card with a receipt on the balance on it, certified by the bank's seal.
  6. A photocopy of health insurance. The policy must cover a minimum of 30,000 euros and act throughout the trip or travel.
  7. Confirmation of the place of residence. It can be reservation of rooms in a hotel, a voucher to a hospital or an invitation from a private person, certified by a notary or issued by the police.
  8. Round-trip tickets (or confirmed reservations).
