Exercises of Kegel in the lowering of the uterus

The omission of the walls of the vagina and uterus is a common problem for women who have undergone pregnancy and childbirth, do not go in for sports and have a reduced body weight. For such women, a special set of Kegel exercises is developed for the lowering of the uterus, aimed at strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor. The performance of special exercises is effective at an early stage of the disease, with the 3rd and 4th stages of omission, therapeutic exercises do not help. We will talk about what physical exercises should be performed when the uterus is lowered.

Omission of the walls of the uterus after delivery - exercise

It is very important that Kegel's therapeutic gymnastics when lowering the walls of the uterus does not require special space, a lot of time and mood. Special exercises can be done sitting or standing (at home in the chair in front of the TV, in the transport). Here is the description of the exercises:

  1. The primary exercise is to hold the jet while urinating, for this, an effort should be made to stretch the muscles around the urethra. First, this exercise should be performed during the act of urination, and then every time when sitting in a sitting position.
  2. Tension of pelvic floor muscles and small pelvis. To do this, strain the muscles of the small pelvis and pull them up and inward, feeling the internal organs in the pelvis. When you learn how to properly perform them slowly, you should practice doing it rhythmically and quickly.
  3. Exercise with a gradual contraction of the muscles from the bottom up, while after another compression of the muscles should be delayed. A woman should feel how her muscles alternately contract, first around the vagina, gradually covering all the muscles of the pelvis.
  4. Exercise, imitating generic attempts. It should be carried out quickly and rhythmically, it is not advisable to apply much force.

Exercises against the omission of the uterus - the secrets of success

To achieve the desired result, namely to promote reliable fixation of organs in the small pelvis, Kegel exercises should be performed regularly. The optimal amount of exercise is considered daily exercise of gymnastics three times a day. If you for a couple of weeks will force yourself to perform the described exercises, then they will become a habit and, you will easily repeat them even sitting at the computer in the office or driving your car.

Let's see now what other exercises or physical exertions will help to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor.

  1. Strangely enough, but ordinary walking is also a curative and prophylactic means for omission of the uterus.
  2. Walking on the stairs is also a unique physical activity. No wonder in Germany, many local women run along the street prefer running on the stairs in their skyscrapers. It turns out that thereby they not only strengthen the heart muscle, but also the muscles of the pelvic floor.
  3. A fairly effective exercise in omitting the uterus is a bicycle. It should be performed lying on the floor, at least 1 time per day.

I would also like to say that women who have experienced extirpation of the uterus may face the problem of vaginal prolapse. The above exercises can be used to prevent the vagina from descending after the removal of the uterus.

Thus, Kegel's therapeutic gymnastics can be recommended to women before delivery, after childbirth and even after removal of the uterus. Regular implementation of it will help a woman to strengthen the pelvic muscles, avoid the omission of the uterus, easily and quickly give birth (in the case of pregnancy planning), get rid of urinary incontinence, prevent the appearance of hemorrhoids and embellish their intimate life.
