How to mold a rose from plasticine?

Crafts made of plasticine even with the same task are obtained different not only because of the skills of the child who sculpts them. It is also important how the child performs these or other details. In this article, we will talk about several options for molding roses from plasticine, and each of them will be executed in different ways. Make small roses for children and adults.

Plasticine rose for the little ones

The bud of the rose, consisting of many petals, is difficult for young children to master, and therefore for them we offer a master class with a rose, for the preparation of which a large number of details will not be required.

So, for a rose we will need:

  1. From a piece of pink plasticine, we mold a cone with a depression inside and straighten it, slightly flattening the edges of the edge.
  2. Another piece of pink color is rolled into a thin sausage and folded "snail" so that it can be put into our cone. This will be the heart of the rose. We put the "snail" into the cone, as shown in the picture.
  3. We take a toothpick and coat it with a strip of green plasticine. One end of the toothpick is sealed - it will be a leg. On it small pieces of plasticine form in the form of thorns.
  4. We connect the stem with the bud and the rose is ready!

We make a real rose from plasticine with our own hands

The next work of roses from plasticine will be a bit more complicated. In it, each leaf is molded separately and requires the assiduity and thoroughness of the details.

For modeling the roses we will need:

  1. On a sheet of paper or other surface, we stretch a strip of green plasticine and form a stem. For strength it can be glued around the wire. We pick off small pieces and gently spoon out the leaves of the future rose, fastening them to the stem. Quite small clumps of plasticine will simulate thorns.
  2. Then we form the bud. To do this, roll out the thin lozenges, uneven shape, and begin to twist the bud. First the first sheet is the tightest. Then, around the first, we twist the second more freely, and so on. The edges of each layer slightly turn away. We make a bud of the size we need.
  3. We connect our bud with a stem. A beautiful rose is ready!

A sculpture of a realistic rose from plasticine

Make a realistic rose is not much more difficult than dazzling roses from previous master classes. It is necessary to pay more attention to details.

To mold the rose bud, we need roses:

  1. After stretching a piece of pink plasticine, divide it into small pieces.
  2. Each piece of plasticine rolls into a ball and flatten it with your fingers. Flattening must be done carefully, making the petals closer to the edge of the thin. Edges are made uneven, in several petals they need to be torn gently.
  3. After preparing all the petals, fasten them to the bud. The very first petals are laid very tightly, slightly pushing the edges, the next layers are made more free, so that the rose opens up.

Each of the roses should be left for a while, so that they are frozen. Then you can put in a beautiful vase or decorate a flower arrangement.
